FAQ

Do you Travel?

I do indeed. In actual fact, I spend a great deal of my time travelling to weddings and events.  My base is Klerksdorp, but I shoot anywhere. My packages all include a 100km round trip as standard. Thereafter an additional travel charge of R4.00/km is applicable.

For any events that are further than a 150km radius, accommodation will be required for the night of the event.

Any distances greater than 200km will require and additional nights' accommodation.

Flights, accommodation and vehicle hire will be applicable for certain destinations.

Will you be taking my photos?

Absolutely yes. If you have booked me, It's me you get. I have also started using an assistant in 2016 who will be joining me to make sure things run as smoothly as possible.

Are dates provisionally held?

Unfortunately not. I see a number of clients, and on many occasions, more than one client is interested in the same date. The best way to secure your date is by completing my booking form and by paying a 50% non-refundable booking fee.

How far ahead can we book you?

I am currently only taking bookings 12(twelve) months in advance.

How do I make a booking?

Please send me an email with all the relevant information I need to give you the most accurate estimation for your event. You can do that here.

I try my utmost to respond within 48hrs.

I will send you a package list with all the necessary option details for you to consider. Then once you have notified me of your preferred option, I will respond with a booking contract, and an invoice that needs to be accepted and signed.

And then once you have paid the 50% non-refundable booking fee, sent through the signed contract and proof of payment, I am yours. I will also confirm with an email to notify you of the booking being made.

How much time will you need for photos?

Well it's not an exact science, as each wedding is unique. I always do my best to accommodate my clients time schedule as far as possible. However, to ensure you get the best possible images I will need a minimum time of:

• Venue & Decor: 25-35min
• Groom: 40-50min
• Bride: 60-90min
• Family: 15-20min
• Bridal Party: 15-20min
• Bridal Couple: 50min+

Do we feed you?

Oh yes please. I love food and eating it. I don't mind eating with other suppliers like the DJ etc. Somewhere in the corner away from the guest is fine. I am up and down all night anyway . So no need to set anything fancy.

Do we meet you before the wedding?

I try to meet all my clients as it is the best way to get acquainted. Booking engagement shoots is another way I have set up first meetings. Meeting before the wedding is a great moment to clarify some arrangements for the day. It also allows me to explain in more detail why I need certain time frames for the day.

However, If face to face meetings are not possible, I am also available to do Skype meetings.

Do you digitally alter (Edit) your images?

Yes I do. I put a lot of time and effort into my post production.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Under NO circumstance will I supply any unedited or RAW images.

How long after the wedding will we get our photos?

I always aim to get the photos through all the post production needed in about 6-8 weeks. Then any Albums will require an additional turnaround time.
